Rabipen DSR Tablet is used to treat Gastro-Esophagal Reflux Disease (GERD), acid reflux, heartburn, peptic ulcer, stomach ulcers, and dyspepsia (stomach discomfort due to indigestion). It works by blocking the actions of the gastric proton pump, increasing the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract and blocking the vomiting-inducing centre (chemoreceptor trigger zone-CTZ).
