  • Health & Prescription Data: When you upload a prescription image for OCR extraction, we process the text contained within it solely for the purpose of matching your medicines against our database.
  • Usage Data: We may log your search queries and interactions with our comparison engine to improve our services and algorithms.

End-to-End Security

We process prescription images temporarily in memory to extract text. We do not store your prescription images permanently, nor do we associate specific health conditions with your Google identity for targeted marketing.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your prescription uploads and provide accurate, live medicine price comparisons.
  • Recommend clinical-grade generic alternatives and calculate potential savings.
  • Improve our OCR accuracy, caching strategies, and platform functionality.
