Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

Not Medical Advice

MediSaathi Rx India is an informational technology platform, not a healthcare provider. The price comparisons and generic alternatives provided are for general informational purposes only. You must always consult with a qualified medical professional before substituting any prescribed medication.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MediSaathi Rx India. By accessing or using our website, application, or associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

MediSaathi Rx India provides a technology platform that aggregates publicly available pricing data from various digital pharmacies across India. We also cross-reference medicinal compositions (salts) to suggest clinical grade generic equivalents. We do not sell, dispense, or fulfill orders for medication ourselves. Any transactions are strictly between you and the third-party pharmacy.

3. User Account and Security

To utilize certain premium features such as saving search histories and tracking price drops, you must authenticate heavily using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and are liable for all activities that occur under your authentication session on our platform.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for clinical-grade precision in our OCR extraction and database matching, errors may occur:

  • Pricing and stock availability at third-party pharmacies fluctuate in real-time. The prices displayed are estimates based on the last synchronization block.
  • OCR text extraction from uploaded images is dependent on image quality and is not 100% foolproof. Always verify the matched medicines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediSaathi Rx India, its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service, (b) any reliance placed on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any pharmaceutical data displayed.
